Our stupidness, and then yoga injuries |

If we want our body to be fit and healthy without depending on any kind of medicines, then perhaps the only thing that comes to mind first  that is yoga. Yes, yoga is a method through which we can live a better and happier life without any side effects. In our yogic tradition we just not only have philosophy part but we also have a lot of practices that can tell you to how you improve yourself from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual part of yourself.
But the problem is many people they don't have not get complete information about it or they have it but they don't practice it, due to which they do yoga for so many years, but they do not get the proper  benefits of there practice  and if anyone gets it, then it takes years. Due to which, confidence of this people starts to decrease slightly. Many times when I meet to someone, it is really good to see that people wants to understand the subject of yoga and want to practice, but in most places, they still do not get the proper guidance , due to which they do yoga but just for physical exercise.  This have  the disadvantage of which is that they do not get the full benefit of the yoga system, which according to me its not at all good for any yoga teachers and for the practitioners also.


 It happens  nowadays that after doing two or four postures of yoga or after doing a month or few days of course  they just jump straight into the ground to teach people, I don't know what is the hurry. Nowadays it has become very common, and people start learning from such people without any full information and seriously trust me  this is not right for your health or your body at all.
The truth is a bit bitter, but it is true and many of us know this very well.
Basically what happens  we all have a completely different structure of body and also everyone's body is completely different from each other, the nature is different and performance of body is also different. And also everybody have different body problems. Even 
every yoga posture and every practice will work in everyone's body in the same way as their body structure and the system from inside, so if your body is easily able to perform any posture, then it does not mean that your partner or your students can easily do that same posture. 

And that's when people start forcing there body without knowing the alignment and without knowing the science behind the Asanas. That's why Forcing the body is not yoga, but it is yoga to improve the body with the real potential of  yourself. So, it is very important to avoid yoga injury while you are doing practices.
I have seen many examples where people start to force the body beyond their capacity, or ignore the nuances of yoga and force them with the body, the loss of which they realize when our stupidity has done the some serious damage.

In particular, I want to tell such yoga teachers, who in their hurry to teach others without completing their own practice. Be careful it can harm or give a bad injury to someone's body.
We get to hear many times that people have suffered severe physical loss during yoga practice. Or they have damaged the muscles on one side of the body due to too much stretch.
Because yoga is not just a physical exercise, it is a complete science that teaches you how to make yourself stronger mentally, physically and emotionally .Because all the asanas in yoga affect your body in many ways, so it is very important to know that in which part of the body does it effect or which muscles are involved in it when you do any kind of Asana. At the same time, a yoga teacher should have full knowledge of how to teach classes for different ages of people according their body or which asanas are forbidden or for how long  to hold any posture , It is very important for a yoga teacher to know all these things.https://m.facebook.com/GyaneshwarYoga/
Along with that, it is very important to tell those people who go to classes for yoga, that if you have any problem related to the body, no matter how small it is, then share it with your yoga teachers so that your teachers will be able to guide you well in your practice.
So for this reason, whenever you are learning yoga or teaching someone else, it is very important to keep in mind that you do not push the beyond the capacity of the body in practice. Also, while doing each asana Make sure that you are doing that posture correctly or not.
