Yoga may be described as a set of physical practices designed to promote control of the mind and body and to attain spiritual and physical well-being. The practice of yoga can help to increase self awareness, promote a sense of peace, and increase the body’s strength, endurance and flexibility.The basic goal of yoga is to unite the body, mind and spirit.
Yoga is well known for its postures and poses, but they were not a key part of original yoga traditions in India. Fitness was not a primary goal. Practitioners and followers of yogic tradition focused instead on other practices, such as expanding spiritual energy using breathing methods , mental focus and meditation.
In this program we are not only just going to practice a physical part of yoga as will we will also going to practice other forms of yoga for complete physical mental and spiritual benefits in a beautiful and spiritual place.
